You know it’s been a while since you have blogged when you have forgotten your login info to your own blog’s publishing system!
Sorry for the uninformed hiatus to my 3 readers out there. It’s been a very very busy month since I started working at the Yahoo! Media Group. Fast, fun, and furious…I mean…exciting, nonetheless. I’ve gotten to work on the front-end side of things on some of the most visible websites out there on the web.
Recently, in dedication to the National Breast Cancer Awareness month (October), Yahoo! has published an event blog for this particular event. Check it out! We have articles/stories/anecdotes from various celebrities and breast cancer survivors such as Sheryl Crow.
You know what? It is actually kinda cool to know that I helped build certain parts of a website that is being viewed by a large number of users all over the States, if not the world.
By the way, as of right now, everyone can visit Yahoo.com and change your page layout theme to pink like I have done in honor of this month!
And for those of you of have asked me personally about whatever happened to part II of my road trip that occured a month ago, the answer is, basically not much happened or at least to my recollection (which isn’t very thorough). All I could remember now is that I went to the DMV in Laguna Hills and it was to my surprise, one quick trip. I was expecting to be there for at least more than 2 hours waiting in line (from previous experience, of course!)...however, the new ticketing system that is in used is pretty efficient from my understanding. Well it’s either that or I’m just fortunate to be there on a not so busy day at the DMV…but then again…should I feel fortunate at all to have to be there?! :)
