This past week I was up in Nor Cal, Sunnyvale, Yahoo! HQ to be exact, attending the Global Yahoo! Frontend Summit 2007 with the rest of Yahoo!’s front end web developers. It was nice to get the opportunity to meet other web developer folks who are working on the many other properties/products of Yahoo! I thought it was very interesting to meet people whom I have only known beforehand from reading their well-known technical blogs or using one of their useful online tools.

On Thursday night, Derek came by to visit me at the hotel. We stopped by In n’ Out for a quick dinner since it was late and nothing else was opened. Afterward, I received a lightning tour through the campus of Stanford University next by. It was a really nice campus. A very wealthy university for sure.

Friday night, I got back home to Southern California and took Allison to dinner. Poor Allison has to endure me being far away for quite a long time. :(

Anyhow, I took some pictures of the flight and Derek’s new car. I will post those on my Flickr soon enough. Time for bed.
