Yup! That’s right. Another post within a week! :) It’s November! My birth-month! Yay!
Just as promised, I’m revealing what I have been working on for the past month during every minute of my spare time.
Today marks the first day Allison and I have launched our little side project. It is a blog dedicated to sushi and experimenting with sushi. Since Allison loves to cook and I like eating sushi (and designing websites), we figured it might be fun for her to have her own blog. So what are you waiting for?! By the way…some of you that were asking me earlier what I was doing with such an expensive camera…I guess you should now be able to put two and two together. ;)
Another major major major launch that is happening is the new Yahoo! Food! It is scheduled to go live tomorrow morning, November 2nd! Press releases are being sent out everywhere tomorrow. So you will get the chance to read all about it on many news channels. Anyways, I’m not sure how much information I can disclose here at this moment about the site. Since food is so universal, this will be a huge launch for Yahoo!
Since I have joined Yahoo!, I’ve been working on this new property (site) practically non-stop. Without a doubt, I’ve learned so much in the past two months. Everyone on the team has been working late hours almost every day to make this a successful launch. As I’m writing this, most of the engineering team is still up making sure everything is working accordingly for tomorrow’s big day. So do me a favor and check it out!
